Third Party Theory

June 22, 2009

International politics may sound like a triangle love affairs. Two countries can be totally in bed with one another and screw the rest of the world.

In this case, there may be a first, second and third country. The first would be in bed with the second, while the third may have this manipulative love-hate relations with the second country, but really hate the first country.

The question is, can you put a pressure and influence the first country through the third party, which is the third country, that enjoys very beneficial relations with the second country (though not really love it very much), but really hate the first country?

Understanding that a nation-state is headed by human beings and they do act like human, will there be a possibility to do so? But as an entity, would a country be willing to really look at the weakest link of their ally, abuse then manipulate it to get into the first country?

Or should there be the fourth country, or even this “political salesman”? Remember “Charlie Wilson” *winks*
